1. Returns:

We accept returns within 15days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and original packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Hive account and go to your Order History.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a return request.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any additional materials received (e.g., invoices, tags).

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item separately.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been altered or customized specifically for you.

8. Refund Exceptions:

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once approved, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
